Compliance
Prismatom is designed to operate within existing enterprise compliance boundaries, without expanding regulatory scope or introducing new data-handling obligations. The platform is intentionally architected to avoid roles that typically trigger additional regulatory exposure, such as message routing, content processing, or customer data custody.
Non-Custodial by Design
Prismatom does not access message content, store customer communications, or participate in message delivery.
It operates outside delivery paths and does not assume the role of a messaging service provider, communication processor, or data controller for end-user communications by default.
Regulatory Scope Containment
By remaining outside delivery infrastructure, Prismatom avoids introducing new obligations related to:
- telecom and messaging regulations;
- content interception or monitoring;
- data localisation tied to message payloads;
- consumer communication consent frameworks.
All existing regulatory responsibilities remain with the enterprise and its delivery providers, as they do today.
Alignment with Enterprise Security Controls
Prismatom is designed to integrate into environments governed by established enterprise controls, including internal security policies, audit frameworks, and key management practices.
Assurance states are derived under enterprise-defined governance, preserving ownership, accountability, and control.
Auditability and Accountability
Prismatom enables deterministic assurance derived from governed lifecycle states rather than heuristic or probabilistic inference.
This supports internal audits, incident analysis, and regulatory review where the authenticity of communications is questioned, without Prismatom asserting regulatory outcomes or compliance claims.
Jurisdictional Neutrality
Prismatom does not embed assumptions specific to any single regulatory regime.
Compliance posture is evaluated during engagement based on jurisdiction, industry, and operational context, with jurisdiction-specific requirements addressed contractually.
What Prismatom Is Not
For compliance clarity, Prismatom is not:
- a messaging or delivery platform;
- a content inspection or monitoring system;
- a data processor for end-user communications;
- a substitute for enterprise regulatory obligations.
Prismatom provides infrastructure to support assurance, not regulatory delegation.
Contractual Governance
Use of Prismatom is governed by formal enterprise agreements defining roles, responsibilities, operational boundaries, and compliance alignment.
No compliance representations are implied through website content alone.
Summary
Prismatom strengthens communication assurance without altering delivery flows, assuming data custody, or expanding regulatory scope. It is designed to reduce ambiguity while preserving existing compliance structures.
